3717-1-02.4(C)(11) / PIC: duties - ensure employees are proplery sanitizing cleaned equipment and utensils
Critical Corrected During Inspection PIC not ensuring employees are properly sanitizing equipment and utensils and monitoring of sanitizer parameters. The food employee was unaware of proper sanitizer concentration. Education was provided to improve food safety knowledge and the 3-compartment sink was re-filled to the proper sanitizer concentration.

3717-1-02.2 (C ) / Hands and arms: when to wash
Critical Corrected During Inspection Food employee did not wash hands when required. The food employee failed to wash hands after conatminating hands (touching mask, drink, cell phone, etc.) and before returning to work tasks. The employee washed hands and education was provided to improve hand washing procedures.

3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not easily accessible due to a large trash receptacle. The PIC corrected the issue once the violation was identified.

3717-1-02.4(A)(2) / PIC - Manager Certification
Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

3717-1-03.2(T) / Food preparation - preventing contamination from the premises
Repeat Food not protected from environmental sources of contamination during preparation. The main preparation table is exposed to customers at the front service counter.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. There are multiple lights, ceiling tiles, and floor tiles in disrepair.
