[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(P)(1) / Prohibiting a cross connection.
Critical Cross connection between the drinking water system and a nondrinking water system. Observed the discharge line from the Ice maker is directly connected to the Ice Bin which holds ice used for beverages. Water discharging from Ice maker shall be considered waste water. Eliminate cross connection.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed floor and wall juncture along back wall of ice maker to be damaged and without proper coved base molding. Repair wall and provide a proper coved base molding.

Notes:
1) Handwashing sinks shall not be used as a shelf. Nothing shall be placed in any hand washing sink. Hand sinks are only to be used for hand washing.
2) PIC stated the ice machine plumbing was recently corrected by a licensed plumber.
3) Ensure all in-use utensils are properly protected from contamination while not in use. This includes the premises and customers. (scoops need to be away from the customer area).

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.

Observed the FSO to be clean and organized at the time of inspection.
