3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, soup, hot dogs, corned beef, taco meat, chicken tenders, queso, eggs). Education was provided to the PIC to improve date marking procedures going forward.

3717-1-02.3(A) / Food contamination prevention - eating, drinking, or using tobacco.
Unapproved employee drinks placed on the food preparation tables in non-designated area.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
No towels or drying device at the main kitchen handwashing sink.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
No soap at the bar handwashing sink.

3717-1-03.2(M) / Wiping cloths - use limitation.
Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Wet wiping cloths improperly stored outside of the sanitizer bucket in the food preparation area.

3717-1-04.4(B) / Cutting surfaces.
Multiple cutting boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized due to excessive scoring.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Multiple pieces of equipment are not clean (chip warmer, freezer, cold holding equipment, cooking equipment, exhaust hoods, storage racks and shelves).

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors throughout the facility not maintained clean in the hard to reach areas.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Multiple light bulbs were not working in the basement.
