This inspection was completed to follow-up with the COVID-19 Prevention Order issues observed during the September 28 complaint inspection. Observed manager was not wearing a mask. Observed the cooking staff was wear their mask around their chin. Observed a photographer to be present taking photos of food for advertizement who was not wear a mask. All 3 people were not wearing masks when required and working less than 6 feet from each other. The mask wear must improve to prevent additional enforcement action. Observed one booth be have a sign taped to it stating it was not to be used. This shall be provided for the last booth closest to the rest-rooms and the front 2 top. Observed the post seating capacity to be 12. This shall be updated to 8 as the seating needs to be reduced to comply with social distancing requirements for dine-in customers. Observed multiple customer picking up food with proper masks or face coverings. Observed symptoms of COVID-19 have been posted. Outcome: Correct the mask issues, posted seating capacity, limit the seating per the order. No follow-up inspection will be required at this time. All issues will be rechecked during the next evening Check-In inspection. |
