[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Repeat Observed refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods (opened container of hot-dogs) held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked at the time of inspection.
Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS food held refrigerated for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked at the time of preparation or the time the original container is opened to indicate the date or day to be consumed, sold, or discarded as required in this rule. To ensure foods are safe, all TCS foods are required to be provided with a date mark once original package is opened or prepared. Manager stated that the hot dogs are used within a few days after opening.
3717-1-05.3(C) / Backflow prevention.
Critical Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which foods are placed. Observed a direct connection on the drainage pipe from the Pepsi Ice bin at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, a direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Provide a air gap on the Pepsi ice bin to prevent possible contamination to the ice.

Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be washed, rinsed and sanitized. All working utensils used with TCS foods at required to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every 4 hours (spatulas for hot dogs). All other utensils shall be ware washed every 24 hours (ice scoops, popcorn scoops, etc.).

Employees hands shall be washed upon arrival to work and before donning (handling) clean gloves before service.

All employees shall be proper trained on the correct ware washing procedure and basics in food safety. At least one Person In Charge shall be present with the proper training at all times that the snack bar is open for business. This will be required in 2015.

Facility was very clean at the time of inspection.
