Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked in the preparation cold holding unit (sausage, ham, tomatoes, and lettuce).

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Multiple pieces of equipment were dirty in the kitchen (stove, cold holding units, fryers, dough equipment, and shelving).
