3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Observed ice bin was not adequately protected from potential contamination from bar gun drain at the time of inspection.
To protect ice from contamination, the bar gun shall be prevented from draining into the ice bin below. Ensure that any drainage line connected to the bar gun holder in protected from contamination with a minimum 2 inch air gap.
3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed equipment (cutting boards) at the time of inspection that was not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To reduce health hazards, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Remove this unapproved equipment.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a small accumulation of cluttered items between keg cooler and wall, by back room sink, and in downstairs storage area at the time of inspection.
Areas where clutter accumulates are a source of contamination that may attract pests. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
