| Notes: 1) Handwashing sinks shall not be used as a shelf. Nothing shall be placed in any hand washing sink. Hand sinks are only to be used for hand washing. 2) PIC stated the ice machine plumbing was recently corrected by a licensed plumber. 3) Ensure all in-use utensils are properly protected from contamination while not in use. This includes the premises and customers. (scoops need to be away from the customer area). No violations documented at the time of inspection. |
