| This inspection was conducted in response of a Facility Review of a New Ownership of the Childcare. This FSO is approved to be licensed under the following conditions: Provide at least 20 foot candles of lighting intensity in the blue rest room. Only 10 foot candles was observed. Will be checked at the 30 day inspection Repair leaking faucet fixture at the hand washing sink in the kitchen area. Will be checked at the 30 day inspection A new Arctic Air AuC27R has been purchased. This equipment will be checked at the 30 day inspection Operation will be restricted to only use disposable utensils until a 3 compartment sink is properly installed with drainage boards on both sides (Under permit from Kent Building Department). Letter from owners states this will be completed by February 2017. A larger Hot water generator may need to be installed to ensure enough hot water is available for the ware washing process. Operation will be restricted to only serve commercially pre-packaged or pre-washed foods due to the facility does not have a food preparation sink. Contact the Kent Health Department once plans are finalized to alter the facility. Once a signed application and license fee of $478 is submitted to the Kent Health Department, the FSO will be Okay to Operate. |
