Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw eggs were stored over RTE food in walk in cold holding unit. The PIC immediately moved the eggs once the violation was identified.

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Repeat Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. The drain from oven is not equipped with a proper air gap. Education was provided about proper drains.

Repeat Single use items stored in the basement under sewage drain lines.

3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
Floor and wall junctures not properly coved, closed, or sealed.

Multiple light bulbs are not working in the kitchen.
