Critical Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. PIC was unable to demonstrate the FSO has an employee health reporting agreement/sick policy. A sick policy will be attached with this report that may be used.
3717-1-05.4(D) / Receptacles.
No receptacles for refuse, recyclables, or returnables. Observed recyclables and old equipment stored on the floor at the entrance to the warewashing/dry storage room. Equipment that is no longer used shall be removed from the facility and recyclables shall be placed in receptacle until taken to dumpster.
