[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.2(C) / Packaged and unpackaged food - preventing contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation
Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed food (multiple fruits and vegetables stored under raw shell eggs) that was not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, food shall be protected from cross contamination by separating raw animal foods during storage, preparation, holding, and display from ready-to-eat food. Food storage was rearranged so that raw shell eggs were stored under RTE foods.

3717-1-03.2(Q) / Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises.
Observed improper storage of food items. A box of packaged fruit was stored on the floor maintaining the kitchen door open at the time of inspection.
To protect food from contamination, food shall be stored in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.
3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Observed equipment (toaster, fryer pan, blender, microwave, refrigerators) at the time of inspection that was not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To prevent health hazards, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Remove this unapproved equipment.
3717-1-04.8(E) / Equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles - storage.
Single-service articles were not properly stored. Observed disposable beverage containers stored on the floor of the facility at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, single-service articles shall be properly stored in a clean, dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and at least six inches (fifteen centimeters) above the floor.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed an unnecessary item (clothes iron stored in a food cabinet) on the premises at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, the premises shall be free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO. Remove the clothes iron from the premises.

Overall, the facility appeared clean. Work at keeping storage cabinets organized and free of unnecessary items so they are easier to keep clean. Avoid using shelf liners made from materials that readily absorb moisture and/or food residues as well as those that may deteriorate easily.
