[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.2(C) / Hands and arms: when to wash
Critical Observed food employee that did not wash hands before donning gloves to work with ready-to-eat foods (tortilla chips) at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms after switching between working with raw food and with ready to eat food; before donning gloves to initiate a task that involves working with food; and after other activities that contaminate the hands.

3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Observed paint brushes and other related items on the warewashing sink at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, food shall be protected from contamination that is not specified under 3717-1-03.2 (A) to (X). Discontinue handling paint brushes, etc. near the warewashing sink and clean equipment/utensils.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed an accumulation of dust and dirt on the surface (vent) of the slushy machine at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Clean and maintain the vent for the slushy machine.
3717-1-05.1(S)(2) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed the plumbing system for the warewashing sink not properly maintained at the time of inspection. The 3-compartment sink was missing a faucet.
To ensure proper warewashing, a plumbing system shall be properly maintained. Provide a faucet for the warewashing sink to adequately fill the compartments.

Food contact equipment (ice scoops,popcorn scoops, etc.) shall be cleaned every 24 hours.
Food containers that are acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency (NSF or similar).
Outside receptacles shall be on a paved surface and lids shall be provided and closed when not in use.

Observed no risk level 3 activities at the time of inspection.
If facility would like to drop risk category for next licensing year, the licensor will need to provide a letter requesting a drop in Risk Classification from a 3 to a 2. Indicate that there will be no risk level 3 activities that will occur.
A letter indicating that the primary hot water generator will be replaced with the proper sized unit when needed shall be submitted to the Health Department.
