Complaint on 17-Jul-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. Per complainant: The customer was concerned about the Friday Fish Fry meal they ate and may have caused symptoms (cramps, vomit, diarrhea). Complaint findings: Observed no ill food employees working or any recent reports of employees having symptoms, illnesses, or exposures that are required to be reported to the person-in-charge. Observed and discussed fish process (source,storage, preparation, cooking, serving, etc.) with the PIC and was found to be in compliance. No other reports have been made to the health department or FSO at this time. Complaint will be closed if no further reports are received. |
