3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Repeat Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed the facility was not provided with a designated, properly installed sink at the time of inspection for preparing ready to eat foods.
To prevent health hazards, a direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed unless allowed by the Ohio building code. Provide a food preparation sink that is properly installed with an indirectly connected drainage to prevent contamination to foods. Until this sink is provided, all foods that need to be washed shall be washed and cut at the Stanton Middle School kitchen.

3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
Observed no covered receptacle for the women's restroom in the employee break room at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, a toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. Provide a cover for the trash can in the women's restroom.
