3717-1-05.3(C) / Backflow prevention.
Critical Repeat Observed a direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Observed cold holding (ice bath) display equipment drainage pipes directly connected to a floor drain at time of inspection.
A direct connection may not exist between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed unless allowed by the Ohio building code. Provide drains from the cold holding ice baths to meet the above requirements. The drainage lines shall not be installed on the floor.

Please provide a written policy on the Share Table/Cart/Tray that all the schools are to follow. Provide the policy and procedures for the transferring of foods to other school kitchens.
Observed a policy has been created for the time instead of temperature holding and discarding of cut leafy greens. This procedure has been approved.

After being served or sold to a consumer, food that is unused or returned by the consumer may not be offered as food for consumption, except food that is not TCS may be re-served if the population is not highly susceptible, the food is dispensed so that it is protected from contamination, the container is closed between uses, or the food is in an unopened original package and is maintained in sound condition. Provide a policy and procedure for the share cart for licensor approval.

Warewashing machine was observed to be sanitizing at the proper temperature.
