Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Multiple foods were stored in the cold holding unit with unacceptable preparation dates (steak 8/4, egg 8/4, gyro 8/6). The PIC immediately and voluntarily discarded the food once the violation was identified.
