Complaint on 04-Oct-2018 :
Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.
Per complainant: Felt sick and developed foodborne symptoms after eating to-go strawberry pie with whip cream at home.
Complaint findings: Observed no ill employees at the time of inspection. The Person-In-Charge (PIC) reported there has been no reports from other customers feeling ill. Observed all temperatures measured acceptable at the time of inspection. Cold holding equipment was functioning properly. Per discussion with PIC, strawberries are being handled properly and handwashing is occurring when required. Food products are being supplied from an approved source.
If no further reports are made complaint will be closed in a few days.
