| Complaint on 28-Aug-2018 : Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: Kent social services is using a floor broom to sweep food off the counters, hairnets are not being worn, and handwashing is not occuring after touching ears, nose, and head. Complaint findings: Observed hair properly restrained on food employees working in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Gloves were being properly used and handwashing was discussed with the person in charge. PIC was knowledgable on when handwashing is required, and will ensure all employees are reminded of proper handwashing and glove usage. PIC also stated hot soapy water and quat sanitizer is used to clean and sanitize the counters, the floor broom is not used on the counter. The complaint is now considered closed. |
