[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Repeat Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed sink filled with soapy water and dirty utensils. PIC removed items, drained and cleaned sink and stated will only be used for handwashing.

3717-1-05.1(C)(1) / Handwashing sink - required water temperature
Handwashing sink water below 100°F (no hot water supplied) in the restroom closest to the kitchen.

3717-1-02.2(G) / Jewelry - prohibition.
Food employee wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed interior of microwave with an accumulation of food residue and other debris.

This FSO license has the restrictions that follow:

1) Operation has not been provided with a properly installed Food Processing sink. All food shall be properly washed, prepared, and provided with a date of preparation at the supplier before being delivered to this location.
2) Operation is required to only use disposable equipment. Facility lacks a means to properly ware wash. Facility is not supplied with a 3 compartment sink or ware washing machine.

No equipment shall be used that is required to be properly warewashed.
Handsinks shall only be used for handwashing. Recommend installing an additional sink to be used as a dump sink, etc.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
