Observed no test kit available at the bar for measuring the concentration of the chlorine sanitizer solution at the time of inspection.
To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Provide a chlorine testing kit at all locations ware washing occurs.

All temperatures measured were acceptable at time of inspection.
Employees practiced proper handwashing and demonstrated safe food handling during the inspection.
Facility is a risk level 3 and does not permit cooling and reheating of foods.
