Complaint on 12-Apr-2022 : An inspection was conducted on 4/13/22 in response to a customer complaint. The customer was concerned about improper hand washing and utensil cross contamination. The PIC was knowledgeable regarding proper food safety and there were no violations observed at time of inspection regarding hand washing or utensil usage. The PIC stated that additional training would take place with the staff to ensure proper hand washing, utensil usage, and food safety procedures are followed. |
