Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Display refrigeration unit in disrepair. TCS food shall not be placed in the equipment and until it can maintain the product below 41 degrees F.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of the ice machine and turbo chef were not free of visible soil, residue, or debirs. If utensils are being stored on these surfaces they both shall be warewashed/ cleaned and sanitized at the required frequency.
