Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Raw eggs were stored over RTE foods in walk in cold holding unit. The PIC was able to correct the violation as soon as it was identified.

Repeat Exposed beverage containers are stored in the rear hallway potentially exposed to customer contamination.
