Complaint on 18-May-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer was concerned about improper mask usage by employees, poor hand hygiene, and over-crowding at the patio. Proper COVID19 protocols were discussed with the PIC (masks, hand washing, cleaning, social distancing, employee screening, patio spacing, customer spacing, etc.). The PIC was knowledgeable about proper protocols and stated that additional training would take place for the staff. |
