Raw fruit washed improperly. Observed wrapped oranges and apples with the sticker still on them.

Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed paint peeling on service window and trim.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed floor mats in the prep area not maintained clean.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items in the storage closet. PIC stated the non-commercial equipment and other belongings are not used in the facility.
