[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Corrected During Inspection Observed cold holding equipment under the drive thru's drink dispensing equipment did not contain a thermometer at the time of inspection. PIC provided a new thermometer for the cold holding equipment.
To ensure equipment is functioning properly, a properly designed temperature measuring device as specified in this rule shall be located in the warmest part of a cooling unit or the coolest part of a food warming unit.
3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Corrected During Inspection Observed the walk-in cold holding equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. Walk-in was in defrost for an extended period of time and was holding foods at 50 degrees F at the time of inspection. The walk-in's ambient air temperature was measured at 41 degrees F at the end of the inspection.
To prevent health hazards, equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code. Recommend contacting refrigeration company to adjust settings if needed and ensure walk-in is functioning properly.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of dirt and debris on the floors under equipment near the drive thru window and near the BOSS grease equipment at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazards, the physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. Ensure BOSS grease equipment is not leaking. Clean and maintain the floors listed in the observation. Per discussion with PIC, deep cleaning of the facility is scheduled for tonight.
