Complaint on 25-Nov-2020 :
Inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint.

Per complainant: Received phone call from complainant stating the front register employee is wearing gloves and touching items without changing gloves. Worried about cross contamination.

Complaint findings: Observed no handwashing or glove use violations at the time of inspection. Observed front counter employee wearing gloves and based on there duties gloves were not needed.

Per discussion with PIC, the front counter employee only handles the transactions at the front counter and does not handle exposed food products with hands. If the front counter employee is needed to help handle food they are to wash there hands and put on gloves before preparing foods.

The complaint is now considered closed.
