Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed air drying rack appears difficult to clean and in poor condition.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed wall surface near deli slicers, wood shelving unit under slicers, and counter space at the deli slicer area not maintained clean.
