3717-1-03.2(J) / Food contact with equipment and utensils
Critical Food in contact with an unclean surface. Observed ice scoops stored in the ice machine with the handles touching ice. Recommend providing a container that can be easily cleaned to store the scoop in.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed damaged plastic for the chip warmer (pre-packaged chips) and damaged plastic tray in the microwave. Equipment that are no longer easily cleanable shall be replaced.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed strong sewer odor near the three-compartment sink and grease trap.

Ensure facility has the proper test kit for the sanitizers used within the operation.
Documentation shall be available for when the water filters are serviced/replaced.
Open bags of hot dogs shall be date marked unless used within 24 hours.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
