Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Bar handwashing sink not accessible because it was blocked by multiple bottles of liquor. The PIC immediately and voluntarily moved the items to correct the violation.

Critical Repeat Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (ham, sausage, gyro, lettuce, tomatoes). The PIC immediately and voluntarily corrected the violation once it was identified.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. The cold holding units have damaged door seals.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean (cold holding units, cooking equipment, storage racks and shelving)..

Repeat There are multiple surfaces in the kitchen that are damaged and no longer smooth, durable, and easily cleanable (floors, walls, ceiling).
