The PIC (person-in-charge) demonstrated excellent knowledge by answering questions regarding public health practices and principles that are applicaple to the operation.
Please ensure clean equipment and utensils are being stored properly and are stored in or on clean surfaces.
The violation documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
