Critical Employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. Multiple employees have not signed the employee sick policy. Education was provided about proper employee sick policy.

Critical Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials in the building (paints, caulk, denatured alcohol, etc.). Education was provided about proper chemical storage.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled (chemical spray bottle). Education was provided to improve food safety.

Repeat Handwashing sign not posted in kitchen.

Repeat Raw fruit and/or vegetables washed improperly because there is not a designated food preparation sink. PIC states that produce can be washed with a strainer until proper sink installation.
