| A consultation was conducted over the phone with owner of FSO. Discussed the Director's Order regarding carry out only due to the state of emergency from COVID 19. Owner stated they did not receive the email explaining the order. The director's order was resent to the owner's email address on file after the call. Owner confirmed the operation will be carry out only and no consumption will occur on the premises. |
