Complaint on 22-Jun-2020 :
An inspection was conducted in regards to a service request filed with the health department.

Request: Concerned for the public's safety. Stated that the business is not following safe practices for COVID-19. Employees at the outside bar/volleyball area were not wearing masks, they are not cleaning and disinfecting tables and chairs after people leave, and social distancing is not being enforced.

Findings: Observed no social distancing issues, tables are spaced more than 6 feet apart. Observed employee with mask and the owner has provided neck gator type masks. Service request was addressed with the person in charge (PIC). Per discussion with PIC, they have reviewed the Ohio mandatory and recommended best practices and implemented them in there facility. The PIC stated they will inform the owner and make sure that all employees are aware of the customer's concerns. The PIC reassured that all employees are wearing masks and should be disinfecting tables after a party leaves the table. During last inspection, the owner reviewed volleyball procedures and stated the ball is disinfected after every game and put away for the day and a new clean ball is used.

The service request is now considered closed.
