| Complaint on 13-Nov-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint. The customer was concerned about employees not wearing masks. At time of inspection, the customer was properly wearing a mask. Proper guidelines were discussed with the PIC. A new sign was applied to the door to remind customers to wear masks. |
