3717-1-05.4(B) / Outdoor storage surface.
Repeat Outdoor refuse storage surface is not properly constructed, and sloped to drain.
An outdoor storage surface for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be constructed of nonabsorbent material and shall be smooth, durable, and sloped to drain.
3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
The floor in the walk in cooler was not smooth and easily cleanable.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
3717-1-06.1(C) / Floor and wall junctures - coved, and enclosed or sealed.
The floor and wall junctures are not properly coved or closed in the warewashing area behind the bar.
In FSO's in which cleaning methods other than water flushing are used for cleaning floors, the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and closed to no larger than one thirty-second inch; where water flush cleaning methods are used, shall be provided with drains and be graded to drain, and the floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed.

A new operator is responsible for this facility since the previous standard inspection.
The kitchen of this operation is currently under renovation and is not being used.
New flooring was installed behind the bar and overall the facility appears much cleaner.
A handwashing sink and a dump sink were installed behind the bar. A 3 compartment sink at one end of the bar is used for warewashing.
A service sink has been provided for the disposal of mop water and the cleaning of mops.
