3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed unapproved containers used for storing food (gladware, re-using sinlge-use containers) and equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency (microwave, toaster, blender, griddle, etc.).

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed damaged dessert display case. Observed damaged gaskets for both reach-in freezers and the 4-door reach-in cold holding unit.

3717-1-05.3(I) / Other liquid wastes and rainwater.
Repeat Improper disposal of condensation and other nonsewage liquids. Observed containers being used to collect water from the walk-in condensor unit, ice bin near the ice machine, and/or the 4-door cold holding unit, reach-in freezer, or main prep cold holding unit.

Discussed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and disinfecting, sick policy, etc.) during the inspection with the person-in-charge.
Observed operation complying and following safe practices for the COVID-19 guidance from the governor's orders.
The operation is currently following multiple opening guidance based on there operation.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked at the next standard inspection.
