Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the ice shoot in the dining room to have some build up. PIC took unit apart and cleaned on site during inspection.

Repeat Corrected During Inspection Did not observe a thermometer in the side warming cabinet. PIC placed thermometer in the unit during the inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

Did not observe a trash can by the handwashing sink in the back kitchen.
