Corrected During Inspection Observed missing thermometer in the walk in cooler and two prep tables at the time of inspection. PIC placed and internal thermometer in all three at the time of inspection. Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Observed no sanitizer test kit available for the three compartment sink at the time of inspection.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed debris on multiple gaskets throughout the facility, accumulation of dust on the fan vent covers near the warewashing area and in the walk in cooler. Observed a buidld up of debris in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency.
