Repeat Observed the front grill fridge unit to have a torn gasket. PIC placed a work order for the piece to be fixed. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Repeat Observed the cappuccino machine to have build up inside. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
