| Inspector, Van Creasap, was unable to conduct follow-up when scheduled as he was out of the office with an illness last week. No improvements were observed from previous inspection. I had the owner come to the store so we can create an action plan for improvement. Owner is to correct critical violations by 2pm today when I return to inspect. If corrections have been made, owner will have 48 hours to finish making corrections. If all corrections are not made by Monday, we will have an administrative hearing at the health department offices to discuss operational future. |
