Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed the quat sanitizer dispensor dispensing sanitizer below the approved concentration. PIC remade the sanitizer during the inspection by hand mixing the sanitizer with water and confirming the concentration with test strips. PIC will have employees hand mix the sanitizer until the dispensor has been repaired. Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces.
