Received a complaint that food that was initially served to the wrong customer was then re-served to another customer. During the time of inspection I discussed with the PIC what their policy was for re-serving food. PIC stated that once food exits their windows/doors that food is to not come back into the facility for re-serve nor is it supposed to go to another customer. Additionally, I did not witness any food being re-served during the time of inspection. No violations observed during the time of inspection. |
