Comments
Van and Schelby walked through the facility. No considerable improvement inside facility. Timers were not being used as required by the action plan to monitor times for handwashing and utensil cleaning. Cleaning checklists were not being completed by the day shift, only the night shift; completed cleaning logs are also required by the action plan.
