Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed liquid eggs opened on 3/30 and sausage made on 3/30 without date marking. PIC date marked them. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked.

Corrected During Inspection Observed plates and bowls at the front that were not inverted to prevent from contamination. PIC inverted them. Clean equipment and utensils not stored in a self-draining position and covered or inverted.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed ice build up ad condensation in the walk in freezer. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

Repeat Obsrved debris and build up in the microwaves in the kitchen. Observed build up on the juice machine at the front. Observed build up on the fan covers of the walk in cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean.
