Critical Corrected During Inspection Observed stcicker residue on a clean container and debris in another clean container. PIC took them to be recleaned. Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Observed torn gasket on the door of the cooler underneath the fries hot holding station, on the door of the big walk in cooler and on the door of the walk in freezer. Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed the faucet of the hand sink by the 3 compartment sink loose up and needing to be fixed. Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.

3717-1-05.4(N) / Covering receptacles.
Observed the dumpster lid open. Waste receptacles not covered properly.
