| Complainant stated observing the cook with long hair and bear without wearing any hair and bear nets. Talked to the PIC about the complaint. Did not observe the employee the complainant was referring to working at the time of inspection. The cook on duty during inspection did not have long hair and did not have bear and had a hat as hair restraint. Reviewed facility hair restraint procedure with PIC. Talked to PIC about ensuring that all food employees have proper hair restraint when working. No violation noted. |
