Employee Illness Policy not available during inspection. Please provide/post Employee Illness Policy and ensure that no ill employees come to work or return to work after having had one of the 13 food borne pathogens listed in OAC 3717-1-02.1. A doctor's clearance is required before employees can return to work after having had one of these illnesses. Inspector provided PIC with appropriate section of food code.

II / Good Hygienic Practices
Corrected During Inspection Employee observed wearing a ring (having a stone placement) during food handling process. Only plain rings such as wedding bands can be worn. Do not wear this type of ring during food prep as the stone might become dislodged, and contaminate foods items.

IV - P / Demonstration of Knowledge
PIC had good demonstration of knowledge in food storage/cooking temperatures, sanitizers, and how to calibrate stem thermometer.

VI - P / Time/Temperature Controlled Safety Food
Very good hot holding/cold storage temps recorded during inspection.
