Observed build-up of juice inside the juice machine. Observed bread crumb build up under toaster. The food contact surfaces of cooking equipment shall be kept free of deposits.
To prevent possible food hazards frequent cleaning of equipment is necessary.
3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed coffee grounds in storge draw, slight grease build up behind 4 eye stove, debis under the bottom shelf of store room and also break room and also heavy build up on top of pop machineObserved a build-up of dirt and debris.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
